Service 1
- replace engine oil and filter
- reset oil life monitor
- inspect all wiper blades
- inspecting interior and exterior lights
- checking tire pressure and tire condition
- inspecting wiper/washer condition
- checking coolant, brake, and washer fluid levels
- checking the horn function
- inspect and lubricating all latches, hinges, and locks
- test battery and record findings and check battery connections
- check High Voltage Battery Health check (PHEV)
- inspect engine air filter and cabin air filter
- torque wheels
- walk around of vehicle and visual inspection
- visual inspection of undercarriage

Service 2
Includes everything in a Service 1, plus:
- service HVAC case
- inspect rear cabin air filter (if equipped)
- remove and rotate tires
- inspect brake system for proper operation, check pad/shoe thickness and record, check rotors, inspect calipers/wheel cylinders for proper operation, leaks or damage, check brake lines
- adjust parking brake if required
- add Kia pro-series Fuel Injection system treatment
- inspect engine coolant level & condition, visually inspect system for leaks
- inspect transmission fluid & top-up if necessary
- road test vehicle

Service 3
Includes everything in a Service 2, plus:
- service front brakes
- service rear brakes, including park brake adjustment
- inspect drive belts – condition & tension
- inspect crankcase ventilation hoses
- inspect condition of ignition system
- check driveshafts & boots for leaks
- inspect complete drivetrain operation & condition
- inspect fuel lines, fuel hoses & connections
- inspect complete emission system including all lines, hoses & fuel filler cap
- inspect complete exhaust system – manifolds, pipes, catalytic converters & muffler
- inspect suspension components including shocks, struts, links & bushings
- inspect steering gear, linkage, boots & lower arm balljoints
- inspection power steering pump & hoses
- inspect transfer case & rear differential fluid levels (AWD models only – RWD for rear differential)
- inspect all seatbelts and SRS integrity
- inspect all latches, hinges, & locks
- scan for codes
